OE sending as plain text

I have OE6 set to send email as plain text, but each time I go to send a
message I'm asked if I want to use html, go back to edit or send as plain text.
Do I have to have these radio buttons come up every time I send a message or is
there something I can set so this won't keep occuring? Also, should I have the
message format set to mime or Uuencode? Right now I have it set to mime.
