OE duplicated email messages

Hello Group
I am trying to remember if JAWS has a setting to stop email messages appearing as
duplicated email messages in the inbox with OE(Outlook Express)?

Maybe it is a function of a OE setting or option?

I do know that some times the provider is at fault for sending duplicated emails, this has happened on this group.

Any help will be appreciated!

I am using windows XP, JFW 6.2 and a Pentium 4 computer.
