OE JFW 5.0 & focus

I have a friend who finally got around to installing XP service pack 2. Once
he installed it, his outlook express has not worked right. He's using JAWS
5.0. When he opens a message, it lands on the subject line. After he tabs
over, it will not read the message until he does a say all. I went through
his settings, and everything seems to be OK. Are there any suggestions you
can give me to help him out? Thanks.
