Get to your Desktop.

Tab around until you are on the Taskbar.

Press your Application key and arrow up to Properties.

Tab to the Checkbox "Hide Inactive Icons and if you find it checked, uncheck it 
with the spacebar.

Tab to Apply and then tab to OK.

Now when you use JAWS key/Insert Key and F11 you should see all the items in 
your System Tray.

Nope. No idea. Seems like some system tray icons sit on top of each other. Have 
you tried just tabbing through the system tray to listen to what's there, 
rather than the JAWS+F11 key?
