I have to ask,  do you have flash installed?  9 times out of 10, in a 
situation like that, it's the macromedia flash player that's to blame for 
that. Reason I ask is, I'm there now and having no problem but I know it did 
have in the info bar, asking me if I want to install the macromedia flash 
player. www.radioshack.com is where I found that out, with flash a while 
back, same thing, I had to restart the computer it was so bad, with the 
reset button, got rid of flash and I can use the site easy now.
