N-Track Studio and menus

Hi listers,

I'm using N-Track Studio 3.1 with JFW 5.1.350 on an XP SP2 machine.  I am 
unable to access the items off the menu bar.  When I hit Alt F, for 
example, Jaws says menu and that's all the farther I get.  I have 
everything maximized but no luck.  Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
