ya, you can delete those, not sure what they have to do with but .tmp files
almost always are deletable and only used once in installing a program and
then if a program needs them again like AIM uses a lot of .tmp files, then
it will usually recreate them if it needs them. I clear out all my .tmp
files every few months and believe me, they add up but then if I do a scan a
week later after getting rid of them, I usually find none or just a couple.
