Well, I've reported it two or three times, but didn't get very far. The
first time, a technician called and left a message for me. I called back
and left a message on his voice mail, but never heard anything else. The
other time or two, I just got the initial emails saying they appreciate that
I contacted them and it would be referred to a technician. But, I never
heard anything else.
