    Hello All,
I am learning how to use the mail merge wizard in Word 7. There are some areas where JAWS will not speak what is on the screen when I use the up and down arrows. For example in the greeting line when choosing Dear or To, these words are not spoken. Is this a JAWS settings issue or do I just need to use the JAWS cursor to read my choices. I would also like to know the JAWS command for reading font attributes in a document such as bold and under line. Your assistance is greatly appreciated,
