Julie,
If by tabs, you mean moving between sheets in Excel; here are 2 ways.
1. You can use control+page down or control+page up to jump forward and
backward through the sheets.
2. There is a JAWS key sequence; control+shift+s which will bring up a
list box containing all the sheets in your workbook. Just arrow to the
sheet name you want and hit enter.
