Subject: Moving E Mails from OE to Outlook

Hi Listers, I have a new computer and am using Outlook for the first =
time.
Most of my old folders now reside in the Outlook Program. I also have
Outlook Express and will continue to use it until the tutorial I have
ordered arrives.
Is there a simple way to take an e mail message that was delivered to =
OE so
that I can move it and save it in one of my old folders in Outlook?
Sorry for such a pedestrian question but I thank you for your help.
Best Wishes, Mitch
