Microsoft office 2003 inforPath laying out a form using jfw

Hi all,
Has any one worked with Microsoft Infopath which is a part of
Microsoft 2003? I am trying to lay out a form that is based on a data
source but cannot find any way to add the fields from the data source
without clicking and dragging.
I am using jfw 6.2 with windows xp sp2.
