Steve, I used Hotmail for awhile, but I eventually found that it was slowing
up my email program, so I deleted my account. I didn't like the
on-again-off-again monkey-business <smile>.

Subject: Messages going to the "junk mail" folder.

> Hi list, I've had an on-going problem, where my JFW mail goes into my
"bulk mail" folder. Jaws isn't happy reading the messages for some reason,
so I want to make the mail go into my "in" box as before. I've been into
hotmail and added JFW@xxxxxxxxxxxxx into the safe-list list, but still they
appear in my bulk mail folder. On the hotmail site the messages say that
the JFW mail is from "sender unspecified"...so is that why the safe-list
thing isn't working. Any ideas would be great. I wouldn't mind
unsubscribing from the list and subscribing again from my other account,
but, again, for some reason, I can't even seem to be able to
unsubscribe....my messages seem to be ignored or not acted upon. Anyone got
some help to sort out this annoying problem?...cheers Steve.
