All of your favorates or stations are stored on your favorates folder which is
under the windows directory or winnt directory if you use winNT.  Just a simple
cut and paste will work.  Hope this works and I think we all understand your
frustration with teck support, that's if you can even understand what the person
is saying to you.  I could go on and on about that one.
