Hi,
I am having problems with Mcaffee(I don't know how exactly to spell it)
anti-virus software.

I keep getting the message that one or more messages have not been sent and to
check the log to find out which ones. It doesn't say where the log is so I log
off and then re-send all the messages for that day. I was told to make sure
that the updates for Mcaffee are up to date and they are.

I would like at this point to disable Mcaffee from my e mail, but when I open
up the Mcaffee application it is not accessible. The only way that I can read
it is with the JAWS cursor.

I tried the insert f1 twice and it says that there is no JFW specific help for
this application.

Is there any way that I can disable the Mcaffee software from my e mail, which
is OutLook 2003 using JAWS or do I have to give in and get a sighted person to
do it?

I am using JFW version 8.

Thanks for any suggestions.
