Macromedia

Hi gang,
I'm just wondering if you guys have trouble with Macromedia. Lately, I go on
websites that might have some Macromedia buttons, and I find it a bit harder to
navigate because it always seems to get in the way and perhaps refresh the
screen quicker than I can get to where I need to go. I understand that some
websites now have a lot more of those buttons than links, but if you guys have
any suggestions as to how to go around this issue, I'd appreciate it.
