Office Clipboard task pane

list of 1 items
. Press F6 to give the Clipboard task pane the focus. Press CTRL+SPACEBAR, and then, using the DOWN ARROW key, scroll to Close and press ENTER.

In that task pane there is an options button which allows you to customize how you want this stuff to work.

Subject: MS Word 2007 and clipboard

Recently when I copy something to the clipboard while working with a MS Word 2007 document the focus is shifted to a window giving me a list of what is on the clipboard. How can I dispense with this? I have been able to get along without this feature for many years and find a nuisance. Thanks Tom
