Lag with Jaws 5.0 and MS Word XP

Hey everyone,
I recently re-formated my computer and I am running on Win2000 Home Edition. I
had to install MS Word ZXP as my word processor and I have noticed some
unbearable lag issues with it and jfw 5.0.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and, if so, how would I go
about fixing it? It's gotten to the point where I can barely use the program
because of it's lag times.
