I don't know because I am using Jaws 6.10 and K1000 runs, I just cannot
seem to get my scanner to work after getting a new computer last week.
Jaws became silent while I am in K1000 just as it did with previous
versions of Jaws.

Friends: Running xp home sp2.
With jaws 61 running K-1000 won't open, neither from hotkey, desktop
icon nor start menu.
With Jaws 50 running, it opens fine.
I guess this has to do with putting jaws to sleep, but I thought that
was taken care of through the scripts for Kurzweil.
How do I resolve this?
