You can set hotkeys to do this.  They can be found in the tools menu and 
then in options.

Once turned on Alt PGUP is the default to do this.

I need to know what the keystroke is to answer a Skype call in Skype
Version 3.2?  The person that asked me this said he used to do it with
alt-c in Version 2.0 I believe, but that alt-c doesn't work in Version
3.2.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
