Of course, the confusing thing about this is that the insert key is often 
referred to specifically in jaws help so it can be quite confusing.

In reference to JFW, The insert key is sometimes referred to as the JAWS key
since the JAWS key can be reassigned to a different key such as on a laptop
configuration.
