Just cureious what is this Jaws mailing list aimd to

Hi everyone, might sound like a stupid question but as my subject line says I
was wondering because for example I am subscribed to the Jaws UK mailing list
which is obvously for thoughs who use jaws and live in the UK. But that's not
to stop other countrys joining it to lend people a helping hand with there
problems. But I was just wondering is there a particular country that this list
was created for Jaws?
