Jeff Lukacsena: question about a mp3 file that will not play

Hello Everyone,
I have a quick question. I have a music file that I downloaded and it's an
mp3 file but it will not play in Windows Media 10. What can I do to get this
file to play? I am using Windows XP Pro with JFW 5.1?
I would greatly appreciate any help to get this issue fixed.
