Jaws8 unloading itself

Hi all,
I am having a problem with Jaws regularly unloading itself.
I can be using a program like Eudora or MS Word or any other and Jaws
will just stop. Sometimes I can reload Jaws 8 but at other times I
can only load Jaws 710.
This may not happen for Two or Three days or it can happen several
times on the one day.
This is driving me crazy I have not experienced this with any earlier
version of Jaws.
I would be interested in hearing if this problem is only on my system
before reporting it to FS. Not sure if reporting to FS will do much
good though.
