Jaws reads line twice

When I arrow down reading text in notepad,word, or even e mails jaws reads
each line twice.
With windows XP on a Dell desk top, I am using jaws 6.2 but I have also
tried jaws 5,6 and 6.1 and the same thing happens, any suggestions on how to
fix this would be appreciated.
