If you use MS-Word or even WordPerfect there are a few resume templates
which work pretty well.
I don't know anything about the service Si is talking about.

Are there programs out there that I could use with JFW, to write resumes independently? I'd like to help some clients write a resume, but I don't know whether there are accessible templates that can be used with JFW.
I have version 7.1 and am using Windows XP.
