Jaws and TV tuner card

Hi friends,
I'm using windows XP with jaws 5. I plan to use a TV tuner card on My computer
to view television programs. I wanted to know if jaws is accessible with TV
tuner software or not. If it is accessible are there any special configurations
required for this purpose?
Guidance on this aspect is required urgently
