Jaws and Norton 360

Hi everyone
Are any of you using the latest Jaws 9 with Norton 360? I just recently
changed from Internet Security to Norton 360 and I can't seem to access it.
When I use the tab command it just says tab, the arrow keys don't seem to do
anything. When I put on the Jaws cursor it just says graphic and then a
number and as I tab around it still says graphic but adds a different
number. I have virtualised the window so I am getting some reading but I
can't activate anything in that mode.
Has anyone any ideas that I can follow.
