Jaws versions 9 & 10 work with Vista.
You can use either home or pro. They both work.
I have been using Vista Home for about a year now. I just bought a new
laptop this weekend with Windows XP though.
I have found Vista to not be very stable but it is more stable with desktops
than with laptops.
