Jaws With MagicJack

Greetings,
Has anyone on list encountered issues with Jaws and Magic Jack since the
latest update to MJ?
1. Prior to installing the update, the options on MJ can be tabbed to,
but the service is not available.
2. After the update, the service is available, but the interface is no
longer accessible. One can place a call via the handset, however, the on
screen interface is visually there but not accessible with Jaws.
3. After the upgrade, Jaws will sometimes focus on the 911
verification portion of the screen.
4. After a reboot of the system, Jaws will access the menus, but the
service will not be active until you re run the upgrade again and the
process of no keyboard access returns.
Has anyone had success in conveying these upgrade shortcomings to MJ? I've
tried, but believe the effort has fallen on deaf ears so far.
Suggestions?
