Jeanette, I have no idea what's up with that subscriber's handle, as I noted. But what they said is perfectly accurate. The important thing may be to tell you that what you're thinking of isn't something we actually use all the time, as someone would get around their hard drive or a folder using My Computer or Windows Explorer. It's more like a handy way to navigate to certain Jaws folders when it's time to install something like special scripts, and that sort of thing. To just navigate around, including Jaws, you should just be finding everything in your basic housekeeping interfaces I named above. What is it you're trying to do? Why were you concerned with this special Jaws start menu thing? thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jeanette" <jtorres6@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, October 11, 2006 12:44 PM Subject: Re: Jaws Explorer in Start Menu? Yardbird, Was that person wrong? Should I ignore them? The message did seem weird. It was in code when I received it. If this person is a troll then the Moderator should band them. That's just my personal opinion. We don't need wrong information on the list. I'll stop now because I've gotten off topic. Someone please help answer my question about Jaws Explorer? Explorer JAWS submenu should be in Start Menu and it is installed there by default. Don't remove it. It allows users to brows through JAWS folders and to view JAWS files, without the need of navigating through their program files directory. What is Jaws explorer? I'm familiar only with Internet Explorer, which is the Web browser, and Windows Explorer, which is one of the ways to navigate around the hard drive and do housekeeping on files and folders. Is Jaws Explorer suppose to be in start menu? I found it there today and I don't think it's suppose to be there. I think someone moved it there. How do I move it back if it's not suppose to be there.
