I agree,
I find outlook to be a very easy program to use. I prefer Outlook Express
though, but that's because I've been using that program for quite some time now.

Ok, I started to switch from O E to Outlook. I may not now.
Is there some way to configure Outlook or Jaws so they are easy to use
together? It isn't very fun the way it is now.
