Jaws 7 Question

Hello everyone I am having a problem with jaws 7 when I change the rate of
the speech and when I change the punctuation settings too read all it stays
while I am using jaws but when I exit the program it goes back to its default
settings. How can I make it stay on the settings that I choose even when I
exit the program and turn it back on? Any help is appreciated thanks.
