Jaws 10 startup wizard

Hello,
Happy New Year to everyone.
I have a minor more annoying problem then anything with Jaws 10.0 startup
wizard that comes up every time boot up my computer plus Jaws speaks real
slow like at the default settings when first installed Jaws which happen at
the log on screen in windows xp pro. So wondered if anyone else has this
kind of or similar problem and if so how did you solve it?
I was hoping didn't have to uninstall Jaws just to fix this problem.
