Jaws 10 and outlook 2007

Hi all, I finally got outlook 2007 on my computer. After installing it, I'm
having second thoughts. Does anyone have any helpful hints how to customize
outlook 2007 to work well with Jaws. I find the search bars and such to be a
pain. Any help would be appreciated.
