Open Office is written in JAVA, and, although JAVA has the capabilities
to work with assistive technologies, the programmers didn't wire it up
correctly. While I was in school I tested three office suites - MS
Office, Open Office and WordPerfect Office. The one that worked best
with JAWS was MS Office.

Does anyone know how well Open Office works with Jaws--I am thinking of
going that direction instead of purchasing MS Office.
