I WORK in the Philly call center but we have blind folks in Boston new jersey and Atlanta most have been working for 12 years or longer. our tech out of Memphis does all our scripting and configurations of the computers.

james I work at FedEx and use jaws with a 3270 immolator. the problem
you
might have is the tech or your self setting up parameters for jaws and
writing scripts but after that it works fine.

I was recently interviewed for a job at a call center, and am wondering

works with the software they used. Particularly, so far as sitrix is
concerned, but also programs requiring a DOS-like interface. Anyone
involved with Rogers Communications might be able to shed some light on

that, perhaps, as I'm told they use all of those. Any information on
