james I work at FedEx and use jaws with a 3270 immolator. the problem
you
might have is the tech or your self setting up parameters for jaws and
writing scripts but after that it works fine.

Subject: JFW in a call center environment

I was recently interviewed for a job at a call center, and am wondering

if
anyone here who works in a call center can tell me, overall, how well
JFW
works with the software they used. Particularly, so far as sitrix is
concerned, but also programs requiring a DOS-like interface. Anyone
involved with Rogers Communications might be able to shed some light on

that, perhaps, as I'm told they use all of those. Any information on
the
matter would be more than a little appreciated.
