JFW and friendly Firewall

Hi Gang
OKAY I need a Firewall program that is JFW friendly, one that I can up date
by my self using JFW! A Firewall that checks both incoming and out going
attempts by any program or un wanted users!
I look forward to your inputs as I am eager to change my Firewall provider
which is now Zone Alarm since I am unable to safely up date the program by
myself using JFW 5.00.812!
