it depends on the web mail site you are using, but I would think that you
might be able to use ctrl+f and type in a string or even f to go from form
controll to form controll and then there may be value in using the links
list option.

I recently got training to use Webmail but gosh, with Jaws, it's a bit
tedious.  Any special tips to use Webmail more effectively and faster rather
than to tab, tab, tab, tab, etc.
