Hi, try, 1, alt V for view, 2, C for columns, now find receive in the column
by using your down-arrow. Once highlighted, use tab key, and tab until you
hear, show, or hide. if you here hide, receive is checked, if you hear show,
receive is not checked, if show is voiced, press enter, and, now received
will be checked. Now tab to okay and enter. Now try to go to alt V for view,
the letter B sort by, and you should see receive is checked.
