JFW & I.E crashes

Hello friends,
I am having a problem with IE crashing jfw when attempting to close IE.

When I hit Alt F4, jfw will crash.
If I use the file menu and hit see, it will crash.
I have to send an error report to MS, minimize to the desktop and start jfw 
again,

This is extremely annoying so help is appreciated.

BTW:  I am using jfw 5.1 and XP Pro with Service Pack II.
