JFW 8 & Web Pages That Reboot My Computer

I was wondering if anyone else is having any problem like this. Every time I
go to:
http://www.srh.noaa.gov/meg/
and then click on the "Weather Forecasts" link, JFW stops talking, and the
computer reboots itself. If I use Narrator to read with and shut down JFW, the
page loads just fine. I know there was a problem similar to this back with
either JFW 7 or 7.1, but it doesn't look like they've gotten this fixed at all.
At least on this system.
As a point of reference, I'm using WinXP SP-2, IE7, NVIDIA GForce 6600GT video
card, 3.4GHz. Pentium D Dual Core processor, Asus motherboard with the Intel
975X chipset, and 2GB. of memory.
