Hi Jeff,

What happened is, you used up your three ILM registrations. When you make
any modifications to a computer that has Jaws 6.0 on it, jaws sees the
modification as a new computer. I found this out by simply adding a new,
replacement CD burner to my computer. I had to reauthorize my Jaws 6.0
again on the same computer. So, there went one of my authorizations. I now
have one left.
All is not lost though. You have to contact Freedom Scientific and they
will reauthorize three more ILM keys for you. I know it's a real pain, but
that's how they are doing things now. When you added the memory, Jaws saw
the change and figured that it was a fourth computer. Well, you're only
authorized for three. That's why you got that message. So, get in touch
with FS and then you can authorize your work computer. Jack
