JFW 5.10 trouble

Hi all, I am looking for some help regarding some difficulty I am having.
Sometimes it seems like frequently, Jaws does not function right, for instance
the insert f7 or alt-h for jaws help does not respond. I sometimes get the
message jfw has two dialog boxes open and they need to be closed. However, I
can't seem to close them, nor can I locate the two of them. Even as I write
this message, jfw is acting very slugish. I have no idea what trouble could be
causing these problems, and am looking for some advice from you experts out
there?
