This happens here with Sound Forge 7.

Subject: JFW 5.00.844 abnormal, sudden exit

Anyone seen a problem with JFW suddenly exiting, without reason, without
a
crash message? Seems to happen most often when either using IE or Sound
Forge. Suddenly, there's no JFW, and restarting it from the desktop is
required to bring it back (except that there's then multiple JFW icons
in
the systray and they all remain until I left-click each of them; after
doing that only the real one remains)

A related problem seems to occur when I use certain apps that seem to do
a
lot of screen updating, e.g. the Win VNC viewer (no, it's not
acecssible,
but i can use it with a larger monitor or enlargement software); JAWS
dings several times during operations, and more than likely will crash
with a "caused a problem and needs to close" message. This isn't as big
of
a deal since I just unload JFW before using an app that I know exhibits
this behavior. However, the first problem is more "glaring" right now...
