Ah, the D key? I know a whole lot of single-letter Web page nav commands, but I either never knew or have forgotten this one. What does it do? And let's not get started about Jaws 8 again. It does so many things wrong I've stopped keeping a list of its misbehaviors for composing an orderly message to FS. Whenever I get cranky about it stopping reporting when I've saved or copied a file in Windows Explorer, or that I'm moving a message from one folder to another in OE, or makes it impossible to maximize a text file window in WordPad, or starts announcing frame and other page layout information when I go into Forms Mode to fill out something, not to mention announcing to me that I'm on a secure server when either I don't care or I already know that, or slows down my spell check in OE as if AVG were running its morning scan, and more, I just exit the baby and use the hotkey I've written to launch Jaws 7. I forget what the big advances in version 8 are supposed to be, but I get nearly nothing but inconvenience out of it. Okay. Done venting. Please, no mlectures about reporting everything to FS. I just don't care anymore. I'll download and install the coming updates, just to see if anything has improved, but I don't feel like devoting hours of my life to be a consumer advocate with FS on this one. It's just too much crap to deal with. Hey, at least I vote, okay? :-) ast devoiting imporovanyore.ore dpell cmazimize at startgaan. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dean Martineau" <dean@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, April 12, 2007 11:08 AM Subject: Re: JAWS update?
