JAWS not speaking English in Windows Update

Hello list members:
My friend has JAWS 6.20 and Windows XP. He went to Windows Update and
accidently changed the language from English to something else. Now, when in
Windows Update only, JAWS is speaking that language and is impossible to
understand. How does he change the language back to English?
