RE: JAWS goes silent in Word X P

I'm not clear, does it still work with other applications when this
happens, or does jfw stop working completely?  If so, is there any error
message in your application error log?  If there is, send it to FS and
ask for further assistance.

If it continues to work in other applications, then perhaps there's a
Word xp setting we can find to change that will solve this.
