Hi Emily,
It sounds like you have a clock program on your system which was accidently
invoked. Try looking through your program folders for any name that appears
to be related to time. Maybe someone else on the list can help you out.

Hello everyone,
Suddenly JAWS is announcing the time every minute when the computer is
idle and the focus is on the desktop. How can I stop this? Or what did I
do to invoke this behavior?
