Hi. You will need to pay for the shipping of the disk but you won't have to pay 
like you did when you bought JAWS origionally.  

If this is a work setting, see if your work can pick up the tab.  They can 
always say no but it can't hurt to ask.

Another question on this subject.  It appears that between the Tech
Support and myself, my authorization disk that works with XP Pro is
missing.  Does this mean that I have to pay again for the authorization
disk or will I be charged less since I had one and have to replace it? 
Or is this another 'not so bright' question?
